Luciano Martin and Lang Lao joined forces to form L2 Business Consulting. They believe that their combined knowledge and experience will achieve remarkable results for all of their customers.

Mr. Martin and Ms. Lao are both U.S. citizens.

Lang Lao
Lang began her career as a manufacturing engineer working in surface processing and heat treatment of metals in the aerospace industry.  Her roles expanded into other areas of the manufacturing world such as heading, forging and thread roll, in addition to the planning and financial aspect of business.

Ms. Lao earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of California, San Diego.  She continued her academic career and pursued a Master's degree in Materials Science & Engineering from Washington State University.

Lang has been trained as well as certified in theories and concepts on business methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Theory of Constraints.  She is also a Black Belt in Six Sigma.  She is an active member in the National Association of Surface Finishing and has attained her “Certified Electroplater-Finisher” (CEF) certification through American Electroplaters and Surface Finisher’s Society (AESF).

Ms. Lao is currently also working with Nadcap as an auditor for Chemical Processing and with two of the largest Certification Bodies as an AS9100:2016 Lead Auditor.

Lang is a Exemplar Global  and Probitas Authentication certified QMS Lead Auditor (ISO9001:2015) and Aerospace Industry Experienced Auditor (AIEA) for AS9100:2016. Her certifications could be verified in the IAQG Oasis Database.

Her hard work and dedicated mind set is attributed to her background growing up in a family business.  To her, every client deserves to be treated with respect, and always with a smile.

In her spare time, Lang enjoys spending time with her family, reading novels and exploring the outdoors through hiking and camping.

Luciano Martin
Luciano began his career in 1996 in the aerospace manufacturing industry.  Since then, Luciano has worked for many well known aerospace organizations in the United States.  Working in the quality field, he interacted directly with primes and government representatives as well as third party accreditors.

Mr. Martin’s expertise in manufacturing, dimensional inspection, auditing, training, quality management systems and leadership will continue to ensure customers high rewards.

Luciano earned a Technician Mechanic degree from Institute San Jose in Rosario, Argentina.  He is a former member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and Vistage International. He received training to the following, and as applicable, received the certification for:

• Pyrometry to AMS2750 by the Performance Review Institute
• AS9100:2004 Lead Auditing
• ISO9001:2008 Lead Auditing (RABQSA certified course)
• Foundations of AS9100:2009 (certified by Plexus and IAQG
• AS9100:2009 IAQG Sanctioned Aerospace Auditor Transition Training (AATT) (certified by Plexus, IAQG and RABQSA)
